Sexual health is often a taboo subject; therefore it is so important to find a therapist you feel comfortable with. The questions and discussions may feel difficult and awkward at first but as a trusting relationship builds the therapy can help alleviate and maybe solve the issue completely.

As already explained these issues may be physiological, this means before any therapy can begin you will need to speak to your Gp first. They have your medical history; they will be able to rule out physical problems which enables the psychological process to begin.

The sessions are always client-led, the therapy is focused on what you tell me which means honesty and truthful explanations and answers are so important. I will ask many exploratory questions, which you may or may not answer; I will never push you to disclose something you are not ready to talk about. The sessions may be talking, may include Hypnotherapy or EFT, each session will be different.

I offer a free thirty-minute consultation either telephone, Zoom or face to face, to give you the opportunity to ask questions, meet me and decide if you want to move forward with the therapy.
